Full Gutter Shutter Installation in Cumming, GA

Challenge

Gutter Shutter of Greater Atlanta was called to make a home in Cumming, GA look amazing with a new Gutter Shutter System! The customer was looking to transform the home appearance with black seamless gutters. 

The challenge here was the existing gutters on the home were falling off and needed to be held up by duct tape in some areas. Due to the size of the gutters, there were water run-offs everywhere. This was damaging the yard's landscaping and causing spillage behind the retaining wall.

The Leaf filters on the gutters were clogged and full of small debris which isn't what or how leaf filters are supposed to perform.   

We also noticed that the current gutter system was running into the ground right next to the foundation. The way that gutter downspouts should run is away from the foundation. We created a much smarter solution for Orlando.

Solution

My salesman went over a few options but in the end, the best solution was to fully replace the Leaf Filter gutter system to a fresh look and install a Gutter Shutter in black to match the highlights of the home's back deck.

To address the downspouts running into the ground next to the home, we increased the downspout's drainage length and directed the water's run-off away from the foundation.
